3.0 rev limiter

3.0 rev limiter
I own an 89 4Runner 4x4 with the 3.0 v6 and 5 speed manual trany i reved it up the other day, nothing excessive but just tapping the gas. The truck dosent have a tach and I was wondering if it had a rev limiter and if so at what rpm
