1uz wiring swap confirmation

i have acquired a motor for my 94 4runner. I just want to go through and clarify things for myself. If someone would pm me that has motor swap expertise that would be great. I'm very familiar with wiring after completely tucking my lexus is300 and running all new wires(not cutting and soldering) but i have never done an actual swap. I have a complete donor car. 92 lexus ls400. What Im picturing needs to happen is
1) power 1uz ecu ; tap wires for 12v, 12v switch, grounds
2) tachometer; cut tach wire on runner ecu and run it to 1uz ecu
3)water temp and oil pressure; cut wires from runner ecu and run to 1uz ecu
4)check engine light; ill have to look into wiring but cut runner and run to 1uz
5)alternator; run 3 wires to existing fuses on runner where previous were ran
6)starter; run wire to existing fuse "
7)fuel system; This is throwing me a bit. Do i have to go through and cut like 10 wires and run to 1uz ecu? i havent seen the 4runner wiring diagram as im still looking for a good one but the lexus one has all injector grounds, fpr igsw, batt, mrel, fc, sta, and +b +b2 all ran from ecu to fuel wiring relays....

Also, 1uz ecu being auto do i have to ground out the shift lock wire to make it work on manual?

Am i complicating this too much? Is there an easier way to do this?

oh and im planning on running just primary o2's. i ran the ls400 with just the primaries and it seemed to run fine. had a bit of a rev bounce dropping back to idle but i see some posts say it goes into limp mode?

and also do i need the ls400 fuel pump or will the 3vz pump work?

thank you. i do have those. I was looking for something with a bit more detail. I'm wanting to know how they have the circuit opening and fuel circuits ran. also need wiring for other parts of the vehicles than the engine. It seems i was just spoiled with having a full lexus electrical tsm for my Is300. Im pulling the seats out and need the diagrams for those also.

You use the stock pump and relay!

All i do is connect at the body connectors! When that is done correctly the stock one for the truck automatically work! I am working on a full pinout for the 91 and 87 that I am working on! As in which 1UZ wire goes to what pin of Body connector!
