Very odd Misfire

Hi all, I have a very odd misfire on my 87 pickup 22re. This happens only when the truck is fully warmed up, only in first gear at around 3500 rmps and only if I floor the gas pedal. Runs fine if I easy the pedal down to any RPM and all other gears and speeds. Another issue which maybe related is when I drive the truck on the highway for 20 minutes or more then stop the idle drops to to 300 rpms. It will still accelerate find with the low idle and the idle will level itself out in a minute or 2. When it misfires the check engine light will flash on, but I don't get a code

New part
· Clutch changed at 97,000 flywheel resurfaced
· Clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder replaced
· Exhaust replaced over the summer · Head gasket changed at 98,000 OEM Toyota gasket

· New EPN cylinder head (STREETRV head, a PERFORMANCE PRO-Topline casting.
· New time chin kit, water pump and oil pump changed at the same time. Also from EPN. High performance with steel chain guide.
· Radiator changed. (Might have a little hole in it which I just noticed the other day)
· New silicone radiator hoses
· All new vacuum hoses changed
· Fuel pump and oil pressure valve changed
· thermostat changed
· Water temp sensor Changed
· new ignition coil
· 02 sensor
· plugs, cap, rotor, and wires just changed

Any ideas?
