my 2000 4 runner will not start and has a beeping sound inside,also while its beep, if i turn the lights on they flicker.please help

 

Sounds like maybe you have some sort of alarm issue.

Do the lights flicker in a random way or are they blinking??

I would guess you have a no crank condition rather then cranks but does not start.

hate to bring it to the fremont toyota in lander but might have to

 

cranks but no start

 

Does it have an aftermarket alarm? Does it have a factory Imobilizer? are you getting spark? are you getting fuel? more then likely its an alarm issue if the lights flash. If its an aftermarket alarm, there will be a valet switch you can use to disarm the alarm while turning the key on and off.
