Sas 1991 3rz swap problems

Sas 1991 3rz swap problems
So I have a sas 1991 Toyota super clean. It's got a 3rz swap. But it started running super weird/bad. Let's start off with I had cracked headers for 2 months running them. Started to run weird so I parked it and compression tested it. They are all sitting the same. So why else would it be running super bad? It runs okay when first started up but after warm up. Starts to spit and spatter. Please help

If it is the 3RZ is the mil lite??
And what codes have you pulled if so
Could be as simple as a clogged fuel filter Could be electrical in nature
