E6 Connector from a 2001 Tacoma

Hi there, I have been browsing around the forum for awhile and finally am at a bit of a road block where I need some help.

I have a 2001 Donor Engine/Engine Harness/Body Harness/ECU combination that I bought from the wreckers. I don't plan on having cruise control or Air Conditioning.

My question is regarding the following plug: E6, more specifically, Pin 13.

Pin 13 has a green/black striped wire and follows along to the 4x4 module.

The issue is that in all of the literature that I have read (TIS/Forums/etc) this should be the ACT/ AC Amplifier wire, and should be the color "L-B"

Now I am at odds with this, because the entire E6 plug only has the 1 wire and I don't know how this happened. Should I reposition this wire to the #18 pin for the 4x4 module?

Any help is much appreciated!
Thanks!

Also, I guess I will need to repin the other 20+ pins that don't have wires in them for this E6 Plug. I will go to my local sparkfun store to get some pins/wires.

Well, after much searching. I have a 2002 ECU; the part number on the box confirms it. Checked the wiring diagram for the 2002 and I am off soldering!
