oil leak on a 3.0 ltr 1990

First time poster here so be easy on me. Im a motrcycle guy not a guy man. I just got my kids 4Runner back from college and as usual they drive them like a rental. I'd have him deal with it except I need it. The power steering pump was leaking so I repaired it but seems thats not all that is leaking.

I degreased the engine and cleaned as much as I could away. it seems to be on the right front. it drips down onto what I believe is the AC pump. The pan is not leaking but I can see it coming down onto the pan.

My buddy said you have to drain the radiator pull it and pull the front cover off and get to where the timing belt is. Motor is running good just has a leak. Any trouble shooting ideas for this 1990 Forerunner 3.0.

Can you see if the valve cover gasket is leaking?

Lurker here. Need some posts. Where on the pan is the oil landing/dripping? I have one seems to come from directly above main seal, steady drip. Stealership didn't even want to touch it without some big $$$.
