I just picked up a 1991 yota pickup v6 3.0 my oil pressure runs almost high when driving it or sitting revving it but when it's idling it runs about in the middle any thoughts on what I should do? Thanks

 

Many others have the opposite complaint-- less than half way up at high revs and no reading at all at hot idle.

The factory gauges are squrrelly at best, you'll never know what pressures you've really got unless you connect a mechanical gauge of known accuracy, at least temporarily.

If you have no knocking or other untoward noises, you're probably OK.
