My 22r wonr start

So I just got done putting a new cam and head gasket on my 1980 Toyota (1981 22r) and it won't start. We have all the values adjusted right, and it cranks perfectly, no nocks nothing. But its not getting any fuel or a spark. It sparked just fine when we tore into it so I don't think its the coil so what else could it be? We've checked/tried basicly everything we can think of. The timing is good, we tried putting gas in the carb, all the plugs are plugged in, and all the grounds have a good connection. I'm stumped besides a new coil, but I don't know how it could go out overnight not using it.

We checked the distributor, even re timed it to make sure. And the fuel pump is on right its just not pumping gas. I don't get it, worked perfect before.
