1981 4X4 clutch getting air randomly?/ Wiper electrical issue

On my 81 I was driving the other day and i couldnt get it to go in gear after i stopped at a stop sign. Pedal felt a little soft so i pumped it and it still wouldnt go in until i pumped and pumped for over a minute and then it finally went in. Clutch master and slave cylinder are new with 1500 miles on them so where is the air coming from? Is the slave going bad already? From what i have read its sign of a bad or leaking slave but wanted to be sure before i replace a brand new part. Im going to bleed it tonight but im afraid it will just come back since it started all of the sudden.

Issue #2 is wipers didnt work when i bought the truck. When you hit the switch they would barely move and then nothing. There is a relay or something on the passenger side up under the glove box that i could hear clicking when i moved the wiper switch which means its working right? I took a tester out to the plug off the motor and was getting 12v to the motor and so i was thinking has to be the motor right? Well i get home to put the new motor on and i check the voltage at the motor again just to be sure and now i have nothing! Also the relay is not clicking anymore and so i checked the voltage to the relay and get nothing! So i checked the fuse and its good. Im guessing this means i will be tracing down a bad or shorted wire? Wheres my issue and does anyone have a wiring diagram of the wiper circuit? Thanks in advance!

i had a similar instance with the clutch a year or so ago. Replaced the slave cylinder, same issue. It turned out i had blown the line after 34 years.. replaced the line, it has been fine since.

sorry for crappy pics but here is pics of my 1981 wiring diagram. I need to see if a shop could scan it or something or take better pictures with my daughter's DSLR
