93 3.0 power steering pump

93 3.0 power steering pump
Ive got it loose but for the love of god I cant get the pulley off to slide the bolt out so its literally hanging on by a thread... any ideas on how to get that pulley off? ive tried a 2 post pulley puller but it don't wanna move.
