Can 2 people liftup the bed of P/U?

I am planning on moving the truck bed back a few feet for repair. I'm repairing the front of the bed from being mangled by the PO and installing a CB antenna mount.

Does the bed usually lift up with 2 people or is a hoist needed to break it loose? About how much does the bed weigh? It's a SoCal truck so it's pretty clean under there.

Thanks.

Two people can do it. If you really get everything disconnected between the bed and the frame, one person can GENTLY "walk" it back. If it's stuck after you get everything disconnected, try rocking it back and forth side to side.

Two average guys can lift the bed. The wheel well is just about the center of balance for these beds.

Thanks for the tips. This turned out to be too easy.
Cheers

Well that's good to hear. The top rail of my bed was pushed in towards the cab on mine. Previous owner problems
