Front axle gear question.

I have a 88 Toyota pickup 2.4l 4x4 xtra cab. I'm about to order gears and don't want to send anything back that I order wrong. I have the IFS 7.5 front diff. Question is does the gears have a reverse rotation? I had an f150 with 8in diff. in the front and rear but the front was a reverse rotation. Thanks y'all for answering my dumb questions lately, just want to make sure I get everything right the first time!

Seems like they do. Better research a bit prior to ordering.

I would think any competent gear supplier would know the correct rotation if you tell them you have a 7.5" Toyota IFS front end.

Yea I figured they would know, just sometimes individuals might sell a set of gears around here on like craiglist for instance. Sometimes they don't put what years they fit besides the year of their own rig. I just didn't know if there were some 7.5's that turned one way for a certain amount of years & then might have changed at a certain year.
