torsion bar adjustment

How can i tell if my torsion bars have been cranked up already? I installed Moog springs in rear and a 1.25 spring spacer and I really like the way it sits now but was wondering about lifting the front just a bit...my rear is slightly higher and I want to know if I can get about a 3/4" lift in front from the torsion bar. I am just not sure if previous owner has already cranked them. My truck is sitting on 16's and I have 13 inches from bottom of fender to top of the rim. Heres a pic if it helps.. Thanks

My cranked up torsion bars measure 13 3/4" on 15s. Thats on an '88, not sure if you have the later body style or not. By that measurement mine should be only a 1/4" over yours. All my CV boots are split wide open, most likely because of cranking the torsion bars. If you like where it's at, I'd leave it alone. I hope to fix mine with a blazeland kit someday.

Hmm.. One of my boots is already split.. I should probably just leave the front alone then. I been reading it wears the boots fast.
Mine is a 91 BTW
