Had an engine rebuild 40k ago, all was well then she stalled and 2 problems arose immediately; Truck turns over but will not start, power windows will not work, has anyone ever had this problem or know where to start?

 

In guessing its a 22re of some flavor.
Do you have a check engine light when the key is in the on position?

More info you give the better the response.

 

Are you even getting a spark?

 

Starter rotates engine but will not start, at least 9.5 volts available. No engine fire - no windows, fusible link or fuse. Not alternator or battery.
