Buyers beware.

Just thought I'd share something with you guys. I recently just traded my car for an 87 pickup 4x4 that didn't run and the guy i got it from swore up and down that the truck was good it just had something minor wrong with it to run. Well when I went to look at it and cranked it over it sounded like no compression to me (spinning to easy) but I liked the truck a lot and the fact that it came with nice wheels and brand spanking new bfg Goodrich mud terrains 31 inch was not helping me say no haha. Well I brought it home and figured out very soon that it had bent valves in the head so I went on a search for used 22r heads to swap mine out for. The guy knew all along what was wrong with the car. The picture I provided is an ad the seller posted on Craigslist days before I picked up the truck. I know because that's his phone number. But I poked and prodded him for a good ten minutes when I went to look at the truck trying to get him to tell me what he knew. He held firm that it was something very minor and the truck was awesome. Anyways just a friendly reminder not to make my mistakes. But I still don't regret it. I love the truck.
