My pickup is in the shop getting a fresh paint job and I'm not a fan of the painted little plastic pieces on the front side of the rear wheel wells. Any ideas where to find these new? Rather run new black then paint the existing ones.

 

I got a new one at the dealer a while back when i lost one randomly. Just went in and explained exactly like you did and they searched it, ordered it and let me know when it came in. You can probably order it online too here:
