How did you determine spark to the wires? Or, not out of them?
Did you rip all the wires out of the connectors inside the spark plug boots?
Are the spark plug cables connected correctly?
The MAF (and igniter) is connected?

Just how are you trying to measure this?Coil packs plugged in ?? Connections clean??
Good ground for the ECM??
System Voltage up to 12 VDC plus??
Good ECM?? Correct ECM??
Should give you a few things to check.
Could be the wires are just Fubared

First, try posting here: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f160/
Second, who made your conversion harness? You? ORS? TOS? another shop?
Follow the signal path from the plugs back to the ECU, is the igniter outputting all the correct signals? If not, is it receiving the correct signals? If not, look to your ECU and verify it's receiving the correct signals and outputting the correct signals.
You're going to need the EWD and FSM for both your truck and more importantly for your donor. Being that it's a 95, its a Tacoma, the various models/body styles had different ECUs so make sure you download the correct versions of EWD for your ECU.
