Radiator Leak and Front End Vibration

I have been searching around yotatech but have not been able to find answers specific enough for my problems. I just got done replacing my head gasket. When the engine is running, the fan flings coolant around the front of the engine compartment. I can see some coolant escaping from the radiator cap. The surface where the cap seals against is very rough and looks all scraped up. Is there a way to replace just the radiator fill neck? The leak stops after a few minutes of driving so I am guessing that it is isolated to the top few inches of the radiator. anyone else had this problem?

On to my second problem. Now that I have been driving the truck, there is a front end vibration that I am having a hard time with. All the steering component are new and solid. Wheel bearings are good. It is a pretty high frequency vibration coming from the front passenger side. I am guessing CV axle but want to be sure because the boots and everything are fine so it's hard to tell. Also, when I put it into 4 wheel drive it gets much worse and sounds kind of like a chain saw is running underneath my truck.
All help appreciated, thanks.

I've had this a lot with rad caps. Is your radiator original?
Have you tried a new cap? Sometimes with aftermarket radiators you need to crimp down the tangs on the cap a little to get them to seal tight enough.
This cheap trick below really helps troubleshoot coolant leaks.
