WTF? as title says. If I start it up and drive it acts like it is fighting itself. Push in the clutch and kill the motor. start it up again and runs like it should. Really puzzled. Hopefully someone has seen this before. I will note that if I get it up around 4000rpm it really takes off.
So far have done (within the last 200mi):
Head gaskets
Timing belt
cap, plugs, wires, rotor, fuel filter and air filter.

Condition existed prior and obviously post all that work.
