I have a 1986 Toyota Pickup Turbo currently with a 22R-TEC and Garrett turbo that I'd like to change out for a V8. I am trying to decide between a SBC and a 1UZFE to replace my turbo motor. Does anyone have an opinion on which motor they feel is a better swap? I'm also going to be trying to get rid of my complete motor/turbo/exhaust/etc if anyone is interested. Thanks!

 

I would do a 1UZFE or a Chevy 350, because there are tons of 350's, so parts are super common and cheap, plus it's a very reliable engine.
