I don't believe it is marked. It will have a boat load of wires going to it.
Might say "security" on it or something.

If you're unsure, and it has a part number, look it up on toyotapartszone.com.

On my 4Runner, with factory keyless entry, the antenna and receiver part is built in to the Back door ECU and the door control part is built into the Body ECU by the drivers knee.

This diagram for an '02 4Runner should be the same as your '01:
