anyone know of a good read to teach me about lifts, gears, and everything associated?

i hate asking questions about everything. is there a good site that i can do some reading?

right now im interested in lifts, shocks, tire sizes, suspension.

if you have a taco, this was just posted within the last week, and should give you a pretty good idea of options.. if you have a 4 runner, the brands and whatnot are still applicable, but the rear setup is different. maybe someone with a 4 runner can chime in with some info.

Not yet - too much other stuff going on... a 2-year old, buidling a house, etc. etc. etc. Plus, I want to get the 4Runner finished before I add another wallet drainer to the driveway.

Don't post anything here, or they will eat you alive, but www.pirate4x4.com is where i do a lot of reading. Once you get through all the BS they have, its pretty good info. And like the others said, www.4x4wire.com they have good tech write up's.
