rear differential pinion nut torque?

rear differential pinion nut torque?

no crush washer, solid spacer.
also, should I be able to turn pinion flange by hand slightly ( drive shaft off, wheels are on the ground)?

yes, it should turn rotationally, a slight amount... check it for side-to-side and in/out play.
