Skid Plate help

Skid Plate help
I have a 2001 4runner and while underneath it the other day I noticed a plastic skid plate along the drivers side that has been ripped to shreds, no idea how. I could not find a part number on it but it has a hole for the jack and is imprinted "Jacking Point" with an arrow.
Anyone know a part number for this or what it is called?
