My 95 t100 starting making burning smell on way home pulled over and smoke rolling out of wheel well. There was grease everywhere all over wheel and caliper. Caused my brakes to pulse I drove real slow to get home. There's sometimes a loud popping noise front that side it seems, theres play in wheel so I'm guessing wheel bearing shot but where is all that grease coming from? Thick black grease causing brakes not to work well would the wheel bearing be throwing that much grease everywhere? Ibdidnt think it would be all over the wheel and caliper and rotor.also noticed what looked like metal shavings in the grease. Thanks

 

How's your cv joint and boot look?

 

That's what I thought but the boot looks fine doesn't look to be torn
