89 Toyota pick up 3.0 no spark

I have 89 Toyota pick up That Has some Issues with.
So sayings like timing belt spark plugs spark plug wires distributor cap rotors.
It would be great by $750 for the truck not running. And I'm beginning to think it was a mistake because it seems like it's going to cost me more to get it running than what I paid for the truck. So I did a Google search to look for tips on trying to see why I have no spark. I replace the timing belt I put on a new cap and rotor and I put on new spark plugs. But the weirdest thing of all this. I've had spark before I replace the timing belt. Now I have no sparks. I came across yota And got a temporary look at someone had the same problem but there was a technician that had told the first thing first is to check the distributor then do a tap test then do a secondary process but I'm still stuck at the distributor. Do anybody know what are the three pick up Ohms should be at???
