the engine is cranking but will not start. i have no injector pulse while cranking. if i give a shot of starting fluid the engine will fire and at that time i will get injector pulse. is this correct? also when i turn the key on the fuel pump does not run. the fuel pump only runs while cranking the engine. is this correct? the fuel pressure seems a little low only 15 psi when cranking. if i jump the pump direct to battery i get 22 psi that still seems a little low.
