lift for a 1991 Toyota 2 wheel drive

Went and installed a brush guard n winch on my pickup this last weekend... Front end is sagging now .. Was going to ask someone with more experience than me if I could use taller shocks to bring it on up .. Don't care to have to much of a lift but a few inches would be nice... I have been told I can but shocks with springs around them as my model does not have any coilover springs on it .. It only has torsion bar suspension.... I don't wanna max out my bars because of the rough ride it will give me

shocks alone with not lift your truck unless you run an air shock and even then, thats iffy.
the 2wd ball joint spacer will not lift your truck by them selfs. they only allow you to crank in more lift on the torsion bars before maxing the upper arms out on the bump stops. however, with the extra weight of the bumper and winch you will be able to lift it some with the torsions and not destroy the ride quality. the only other option is to find lift spindles.
