Does anyone know if 4.5" backspacing is enough for BFG MT KM2 285/75/16 to clear the UCA? Will they clear the Tundra brake upgrade?

FYI, will be lifting 3" via Ultimate Kit with the light weight racing UCAs from Toytec.

There is also a version with 3.5 backspacing but I assume I would also need a body lift to deal with the terrible rubbing that little backspacing will cause.

If 4.5 isn't enough I can get the 17" Konig Countersteer Type which I know will have enough backspace and clear the Tundra brakes:
