Question HELP with my oil drippin problem

I have my 95 runner 4x4 and Ive been noticing an oil leak for quite a while. I tend to add more oil about once a month just to keep it within normal range. But anyway, today i took it to the shop to get some professional advice on the problem. They say I have a real main seal to be replaced, a new valve cover gasket w/plumn to replace, a new camshaft seal to be replaced, and to have my CV axle either replaced or fixed. The total with labor is over a grand so I am asking yall to tell me which you believe is crucial to have fixed and what is actually necessary. Thanks a lot.

My '95 was also leaking afetr the new motor install, the o-rings at the back side of the cam towers were both leaking, drivers side easy, passenger side PIA, but doable. You'd have to figure out which intake gaskets you'd need to replace after you take it apart to fix the leak (I'd do new valve cover gaskets and the cam o-rings). It'd be a lot cheaper you DIY.

How much to get the valve cover gasket replaced on a 3.0? Is it an easy DIY?
