its probably a wheel cylinder if its coming from inside the drum its not that hard to fix its just that you have to take the pad assembly out to get to it and remember how the pads go back in with all the retainers and things and its a good idea to replace the pads while your down there and if you do it your self don't forget to use vice grips on the brake soft line that comes off the axle metering block or you will lose brake fluid. and bleeding the brakes is very easy have some one get in the vehicle and pump the brake 3 or 4 times then hold it to the floor then just turn the bleeder and let the brake fluid and air out and that three or four times till its just a stream and it doesn't spurt out of the bleeder im sure theres videos of it on youtube.

you have the two hard lines from each drum on the axle. they go to a metering block near the diff then theres a black rubber hose that comes off that metering block. that's the hose you want to use the vice grips on to block the line so you don't lose fluid. you will see what im talking about when you get under there. and there are special tools you can use to take drum brakes apart but you should be fine with a flat head and maybe a hook tool but it all depends. and if your getting new pads or wheel cylinder, don't take the brakes apart till you have your parts your going to put on so you don't forget how to do it or take a detailed picture. and when you take the drum off there should be two Philips head screws on the drum you probably cant get them out so just drill them out there not really needed. then if your drum doesn't just come off you have to beat the piss out of it with a hammer try to hit the face of the drum where the lugs are but near the edges.
