Change to a different alternator

I have an 84' pickup with the 22r and a basically stock alternator. The wiring harness for it is shot and bought the truck with the main alternator wire bypassing the fuse box. My alternator is also on its way out, so I want to get a different one, but one with a voltage regulator build in and at least 100a. Any suggestions on a good one that will fit without much modification?

Search Jaguar alternator, or maybe Delco one wire? It's been covered often.
