Hi guys i am new to this forum, and i decided to join because i just bought my first truck and having some issues its a 3.0l 4x4 pickup. and 3500 miles after getting it i blew a head gasket. i took it apart and pulled the engine at my brothers mechanic shop to replace it and after taking it apart i found my cams, heads, and shortblock, are completly destroyed. i would like to know what short block, cams, heads,and header setups people out there are using and how it runs for them??? any help would be appreciated. thank you in advance. i also am going to put an arp stud kit in.
