92 bad idle and hesitation

i have a 92 yota with a v6 problem i was having was when it rained out the truck would stall and not run for about 30 mins. i replaced the cap rotor wires plugs etc and now it dosent stall anymore but it has a low and rough idle and when your driving it it has a hesitation to it almost like its loading up. if u floorboard it it cleares up and runs good. i unplugged the tps and it idles high but dosent have a hesitation to it any more are these trucks known for bad tps or anything that would cause this

thanks

Check your timeing and idle adjustments, these are required when you change the cap and rotor.

You'll want to inspect the TPS with a meter, should have a nice smooth transition from closed to open throttle. Same with the VAFM, nice smooth curve. If those both check out it might be time to change out your 02 sensor, this sensor isn't in the fuel mixture loop at full throttle.

Fix the code 52 first.
