got a oil leak, got pic's

Could anyone please tell me what is this part name

. The oil filter is the front of the motor, so the round thing next to the oil filter is leaking.

Looks like the engine oil cooler.

By it leaking, does that mean it's bad or the seal bad. And is it easy to re.
place

Likely the seal/gasket/o-ring inside is bad and they can be ordered from a Toyota dealer.

How much I'm looking at if i had a shop to do it? Or will it be easy for me to do it. I'm not a good mechanic but i can get stuff done.

The center bolt unscrews. It has a seal and there is an o-ring similar to the one on an oil filter between the block an cooler.
