Easiest way to gain 2" in height on 2002 4runner

Hey, I'm new to this forum and 4runners, so I could use a little advice...
Just got a 2002 SR5 4runner 4x4 with 170K miles
I would like to raise it up by 1-2 inches for occasional off road driving, but nothing aggressive. Just to get to some more remote hiking and climbing trail heads.
What is the easiest (and cheapest??) way to do this?? The suspension is original and may need replacing anyway, but I'm not sure.
Thanks, Jim

I'm new on these forums, but not new to wheelin'. My son has 2" OME's on the rear of his '96 4Runner, and spacers on the front, and he seems to do just fine with that. If you're just looking to get more tire clearance for now, this might be the ticket. He is running 265/75-16 tires on 16x8.5" wheels, 4" BS. The coils are about $160, and the spacers are about $65. Enjoy!

I have a complete suspension from a 99 t4r I'm looking to sell if interested. It has everything except for the rear shocks. The truck had 93k original miles when it was removed. PM me if interested.

Just make sure if you get the '99 tall coils they have the correct associated paint markings on them. SanoranSteel website has a write-up about them in their Tech Section.
