P100 and P110 codes after Valve Cover Gasket Change

Hi guys, I had a leaky valve cover, and replaced the gasket this weekend. After starting it up, the check engine light came on. Codes read P100 and P110, maf and air intake. Ever had this before? I have not disconnected the battery yet.

Did you have the key one with the Maf unplugged? Clear the code and watch it.

Thanks Vital. I'm not sure what you mean by key?

The thing you turn to start the car. He could have said: 'Did you have the ignition on while the MAF was unplugged?' That will set a code because the ECU won't find a MAF.

Durk and Vital-

Got it. Sorry for my confusion. Yes, as I was working on the valve cover I turned the truck on for the radio.

Thanks guys.
