some times when its warm my truck will run bad. when i start it hot it idles low then when i give it gas it seems like its not running on all cylinders. it takes about 20 seconds to clear up then its good to go until i have to start it hot again.

i have no idea what it could be. i really need help!!!!

"Incorrect first idle" or one of the others under poor idle.

You don't really give alot to go on and don't mention that you've checked anything already.

Can only guess given the description and lack of any tests. Flooding thru a leaking injector, oil seeping and fouling plugs.

Give us a better description or maybe a video?

 

i've changed distributor cap and roter, wires, coolant temp sensor, Mass air flow meter. i haven't changed the plugs yet.

when it does this its like i have the spark plug wires on wrong. its just missing and running rough. after a couple revs it'll go away. some times i wont have the problem for 2 or 3 weeks and other times it'll be every day for a week.
