Another head gasket question

Ok, so I did a search on head gaskets with several differant descriptions but still cant find the answere. I did a compression check on my 1985 22RE last week to find three of four cylenders were at 170lbs give or take a pound. One was 155lbs. I noticed a little water comming from tail pipe but discounted it to condensation until today . I took it out for a run and when I returned I noticed the water was still dripping from pipe. No steam, but rain drops and no water in the oil. Could this be a bad head gasket or could it be somthing else. Also this may be unrelated but how much air should be blowing out of the oil fill hole on top of valve cover .

No air should be coming out of the oil cap. Are you running your truck with it off?

The water from the tail pipe was a cool damp day and condencation. Now that things have warmed up and dry that went away. The air comming from the crank case / oil fill turns out to be compression loss on #4. Rings probably. Did a cylender pressure test and all but #4 checked out good . # 4 was in the 20% loss range but still within reasonable limits. I checked it when it was cold so it could be better when warm. Seems to run good so Im going to just keep driving it till it breaks.

not to be a dick but broski if that's your only problem low compression on 4 due to rings at 155 lbs you got like another 100k left Haha I've seen these engines with 350k and 135lbs of compression still kicking and mudding
