anyone know where to get the shell/case for the alarm/keyless entry remote?

i got some for my wife's accord but can't find any for my 2003 4runner. I just need the shell but everywhere sells the entire remote for $40+.

 

check a local scrap yard; the ones in some Camry's and Corollas look identical only the bottom button is a panic button I believe. I would bet the casing is the same

Looking for a replacement case for the remote on my 98 4-Runner. Two button type, oval shaped. Finding plenty of complete remotes for $50 and up, but I just need a new case. No luck at the local wreckers.

The rest of my 98 4-Runner is indestructible.
