95 Tacoma Engine Miss

I have a 1995 Tacoma with a 2.7L 3RZ. The truck has a manual trans and 200,000 miles. The problem that I am having is that when the truck is cold it has a miss around 2000 RPM. It seems to get better when it warms up but it doesn't fix the problem. I have already changed plugs, wires, distributor cap, button, coolent temp sensor, ING coil, fuel filter. I have also tested to make sure that the fuel injectors had power when they should, and tested compression on each cylinder (150-180 on each cylinder). The timing is also at 11 degrees. I have run out of ideas and need some further help with my problem.
