Trailmaster Dual Steering Stabilizer Ket: Is it any good?
I'm looking into replacing my steering stabilizer. I'm still running my stock one from '86. I found this kit online http://www.topguncustomz.com/p-6645-...lizer-kit.aspx. It's a little pricey, but would it be worth it in the long run? I'm running 32's right now, but I may go up to 33's or 35's eventually. Have any of you guys used this kit or trailmaster products in general? Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Andy

If I were you, I would replace the 25-year old stock one first before thinking about dual stabilizers. I was very pleased with the difference that a cheapo Monroe stabilizer made on my truck. Even with the brake pads still warped, all vibration at the steering wheel disappeared when braking.
I did notice that the new stabilizer made the truck take a bit longer to return to center after a sharp turn. I suspect that the double-stabilizer setup would exacerbate that effect.

Thanks for the advice Sturmcrow. I know i need to replace my steering stabilizer, I'm just not 100% positive on which one to go with. I figured I'd do it the right way the first time though. I just want something nice.
