rpm change when brakes a pushed.

what do I need to do to fix this problem. When you push the brake pedal the rpms go up and down. Thanks.

From: Columbia River Gorge, Oregon...east side
Vacuum leak.....split line.....loose line.

Grab a copy of a FSM from the link in my sig and it will have the testing procedures.
