I have an 89 toyota pickup that has cold high idle and when its warm when you press the brakes it surges. It has done this a long time and recently i put a new motor in it. After that it still does it. we check all the lines. its not the throttle position sensor. We clean the aic or iac or whatever its called. The brake booster is good. Obviously the motor is good. I dont know what it is. I didnt do it when i got it but started doing it over time. any idea

 

oh and we check the idle screw its all the way down it idles good when its warmed up. also collant level is good
