oil in coolant

new here but have checked several times for tips. got a question: just replaced timing cover, chain, sprockets, head gasket, etc well and all that goes along with that. i did this because i had water in oil and oil in water(coolant) so did research and learned about the timing guide issues. when i pulled head off gasket looked great. as for timing cover tracks all the way down driver side. when i was finished started it to warm up to adjust valves and notice still getting oil in coolant and oil pressure extremely high then drops to zero when warm at idle. so any ideas what is going on or what might be next to check. oh compression in all cylinders is 158 psi( checked twice). and no did not have head checked while it was off.( daily driver) it appeared to be good to naked eye. yes i know a few thousandths of an inch will kill you. just wondering what else to check.
