Need AC repair/troubleshooting in Chattanooga, TN area

I know the clutch on the compressor needs to be replaced, but the entire system needs some troubleshooting as there is an electrical issues between the 'button' and the compressor. Works with 12v applied directly (hence the reason the clutch/coil burnt up) ...

Looking for a suggestion of an honest mechanic/shop to work on this for me. I can supply parts, just need someone to do the work. Its too hot for no AC!

If there is no pressure in the system, the low pressure switch prevents the clutch from engaging when there is no freon in the system.

A defective low pressure switch will do the same thing...
