1988 4runner tie-rod ends

Looking for any advice on tie-rod end replacements.
I am looking at the Sankei 554 Tie Rods but the notes on the items say "one assembly fits either left or right side". There are 2 different part numbers though, and 2 different prices. Can anyone clear this up for me.
Thanks
Jason

The two parts numbers are refering to an inner and an outer tie rod. These 2 are different, but the pair (inner and outer) can work on either the passenger or drivers side of the vehicle.
