'06-09 Runner with V8 (3rd row seat) for '99 Runner (5-sp)?

I am considering replacing my '99 Runner (5-speed) for a newer one. I love it, but I need more power to tow the boat. I hate to trade it because I just installed the EMU lift, but my priorities are changing with the new baby.
I like the 2006-2009 with the V-8. Ideally I wanted the 3rd seat option since we have a baby that will eventually grow into a child that could seat back there in those occasions when we have visitors. However, after reading the forum I realized that I will have to give up the moonroof option, which I kind of like. So my dilemma is to give up the moonroof or the 3rd row seat. In any case, is it even possible to find a V-8 with the 3rd row seat? does anyone out there has one at all? I looked for used cars all over the country and I can't find one. What do you guys think? I already know how cramp that 3rd row seat is.

They sold them, so I'm sure someone has one. They are tight back there for full sized folks and entry and exit isn't anywhere near what it is for lower bigger vehicles with 3rd row seating.

I know it's not what you're looking for and it wouldn't help at all getting more power to tow the boat but sometimes you like to hang on to a vehicle. I think Scotty had a pretty good idea here:

And there is the super charger option

I have to compromise, so I will go for a V8 with moonroof, forgoing the 3rd row seat. I am not a fan of an aftermaket 3rd row seat. Be legal or not, how can I guarantee it will be safe to sit a kid back there.
The 4th gen 4Runner gains about 4" inside compared to my 1999, which may allow for better seating next to the car seat on the 2nd row.
I just hope I can sell my 5-sp 4Runner soon.
