When ever i turn on my HIDs in my 2000 toyota tacoma my battery light either flashes once or comes on and stays on, I have noticed it will make my sub and speakers crack if the battery light is on, has anyone had this problem? Any fixes??

 

Sounds like you have some loose connections in your wiring someplace. the cracking could be arcing in your electrical system.

Could also be corroded battery terminals or cables.

Alternator on it`s last legs.

Break out the meter start checking .

Bottom line your electrical system is unable to keep up with the demand for some reason.
